Our hard work pushing for regulatory reform of CFIs is gaining traction. This is our opportunity to let our voices be heard.

Submit your comments anonymously multiple times multiple ways regarding the proposed CFI Reforms at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/MVWL839.

As well as submitting your comments to the reforms to build awareness, strength and support for change,

1. The number of complaints needs to be increased through written submission to the District Court Administrator's Office and copy to the State Court Administrator's Office per CJD 04-05 http://www.courts.state.co.us/Courts/Supreme_Court/Directives/CJD%2004-05%20amended%206-09.pdf. I know there are more than 5 complaints worthy of attention at the State Level besides the 5 mentioned in the report.

2. DORA is not the avenue as the report highlights ~ 60 complaints per year have been dismissed x 10 years CFI role in effect = 600 dismissed complaints. Reach out and forward to as many parenting groups or contacts as you can for comment and submission of CFI complaints through SCAO.

3. Please see the May 18, 2010 News Article to submit a CFI complaint - http://www.knowyourcourts.com/News/news.htm.
or contact the State Court Administrator's Office directly:
